Fair Use means normal, legitimate tutoring use is included. Bomi may address abuse, security threats, or exceptional service risk, but does not sell student seats or AI credits.

A predictable access lifecycle

Access starts only when you choose to begin, then continues or narrows in clear stages. Your data is not held hostage when paid access ends, and archival is not blanket deletion.

  1. Guided Evaluation

    After basic setup, the clock starts only when you confirm Evaluation Start. You get exactly 30 free days with no card collected and no automatic charge.

  2. Evaluation ends

    Choose the EUR 39 monthly subscription or do nothing. There is no automatic conversion, charge, or debt.

  3. Paid access and cancellation

    A verified Stripe Checkout payment activates access. Cancel anytime; full access continues through the already-paid period, with no standard partial-month refund.

  4. Renewal payment problem

    An established subscription receives exactly seven days of full access to resolve a failed renewal, with no late fee or collections language. A failed first payment receives no grace.

  5. 90-day Read-Only Workspace

    Historical records remain viewable and exportable, but no tutor, student, or parent can add new learning or communication activity. Successful payment inside the window restores the same workspace.

  6. Archived Workspace

    After 90 days, narrow account, billing-record, export, deletion-request, and supported-recovery controls remain. Archival does not automatically erase shared records.

When enrollment opens, yes. Before Evaluation Start, Bomi makes clear that paid continuation is not yet supported outside Germany.

No. One subscription covers one named tutor and their authorized linked student and parent accounts. Another tutor or staff member needs separate access.

No. Bomi supports the tutor's workflow and can help deliver faster, more consistent, personalized feedback and practice; the tutor remains responsible for teaching decisions and outcomes are never guaranteed.

There is no default partial-month refund on cancellation. Statutory rights remain unaffected, and a genuine Bomi service failure may be handled as a documented remedy rather than a discount.
